I. OVERALL DESCRIPTION:

As a Financial Analyst, you will serve as a data-driven partner to the business, leveraging advanced analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI) and financial modeling to drive strategic decision-making. You are responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, managing budgets/forecasts, and ensuring financial integrity within a fast-paced tech environment.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Analyze financial data and create detailed reports on the company’s performance.
• – Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and business trends.
• – Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities.
• – Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• – Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
• – Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• – Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and process improvements.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

• – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
• – Power BI /Tableau or other data visualization.
• – SQL/R/Python or other programming/data science experience.
• – 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the tech industry.
• – Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• – Previous audit experience with Big 4 is an advantage.
• – Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• – Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
